Method 1. Turn sync off then back on

Step 1. Turn on your computer and then open the Start menu and click on the Setting.

Step 1. Open the start menu and search Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator.

Method 3. Disconnect then re-connect the account

Method 4. Using the Registry Editor

Step 1. Turn on your computer and press WINDOWS + R.

Step 2. Now, Type Regedit and click on OK.

Step 3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and open the SOFTWARE folder.

Step 5. Go to CurrentVersion and open it and scroll click on the Policies folder and click on the System.

Step 7. Name the value as NoConnectedUser and then double-click on it.

Step 8. Now, type the value data 0 and click on OK.
