How to Stop Notifications in Windows 10 and 11

Method 1. Enable Focus Assist

Step 1. Turn on your windows 11 computer and then open the Setting app.

Step 2. When the setting is open then go to the System tab and click on Focus.

Step 1. Open your computer and then click on the three-dot menu button on the notification popup.

Step 2. Now, click on the Turn off notifications from *App name.

Method 3. Stop Notifications for Specific App

Step 1. Turn on your windows 11 computer and then open the Setting app.

Step 2. When the setting is open then go to the System tab and click on Notifications.

Step 1. Turn on your windows 11 computer and then open the Setting app.

Step 2. When the setting is open then go to the System tab and click on Notifications.

Step 3. Under the Notifications section, turn off the Notifications Toggle to completely stop notifications.

Method 5. Mute Windows 11 Notifications

Step 1. Turn on your windows 11 computer and then open the Setting.

Step 2. When the setting is open then go to the System tab and then go to the Notifications Section.

Step 3. Under the Notifications from apps and other senders click on any one.

Step 4. Now, Uncheck the Show notification banners.

Method 6. Use Registry Editor To Disable All Notifications

Step 1. Turn on your computer and then press WINDOWS + R.

Step 2. Now, type Regedit then clicks on OK or press enter.

Step 3. Copy and paste the following Path in the search bar.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications

Step 4. Right-click on the Push notification key in the left panel and click on New and then click on Dword (32-bit) Value.

Step 5. Double-click on the ToastEnabled and set the Value data as “0.” and click on OK to save changes.
